We are organizing a virtual meeting on “Chemistry in Ancient India" on 7th November, from 2.00 pm to 7 pm, using the Zoom platform.
This meeting will be organized by three institutions, Prof. Vivek Polshettiwar (TIFR, Mumbai), Prof. Ayan Datta (IACS, Kolkata), and Prof. C. Malla Reddy (IISER, Kolkata), and supported by VIBHA, American Chemical Society (ACS), Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), and Indian Chemical Society, Kolkata.
Meeting will be inaugurated by Prof. Ashutosh Sharma (Secretary, DST, Government of India) and Shri Jayant Sahasrabudhe (National Secretary, Vijnana Bharati).

Prof. V. Ramanathan (IIT (BHU), Varanasi)
Talk Title: “Indian Chemistry from Rasāṛṇava and Rasaratnasamuccaya”
Each speaker will speak for 30 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of QA session.
